Flo is the first
end-to-end iPad and cloud-based scanning solution.
Designed to measure and digitally record information on aircraft damage, Flo uses the latest in 3D scanning technology, combined with an online database. By simplifying the recording, assessment and storage of aircraft damage data, Flo enables fast, accurate decision making. And it also provides rapid damage and repair record management, leading to fewer flight delays and improved passenger experiences.
State-of-the-art smart imaging from one lightweight device
With Flo’s simple to follow workflow on easy to use iPads, you can instantly capture, record and share globally accurate images and data on your aircraft’s damage for fast decision making and reporting.
Flo generates a smart image with accuracy up to 0.5mm.
One iPad. One 3D scanner. One global database. Consistent damage assessment.
Flo is operated via an iPad with a state-of-the-art, lightweight 3D optical scanner unit attached. A smart image photo of the damaged area is generated using the scanner, and through the interactive workflow the user can populate detailed measurements of the defect, including its depth and location. The data is then uploaded into a cloud-based database where it can be reviewed by colleagues at any location, and on a mobile, tablet or PC. The data can also be filtered and analysed at a later date.
Built specifically for aircraft operators and third party maintenance, repair and operation service providers, Flo is ideal for managing damage reports for mixed fleets and collating damage reports prior to handing back leased aircrafts. With an aircraft's damage reports and repair history in one place, producing an end of lease damage survey is easy and fast. This unique solution means no more missing reports, faster decision making and accurate data at your fingertips 24-hours a day.
